Yes. Sample orders have been delayed up until now due to U5PS taking their sweet time. Everything arrives tomorrow, I'll pick up in the am and have the first round of shipment out by the afternoon!
These will sell out fast so hit me up if you are interested.

Our winter magazine on the special menu has been stirring up a lot of interest but unfortunately under the 3.5 size is currently unavailable. Had to switch suppliers and my new guy will not ship anything smaller than what's listed. Once I'm able to stock up on some I'll offer samples and mini subscriptions. My apologies for the confusion and inconvenience!

Thank you all so much for giving us a chance! The first round of samples shipped today, I still have orders from earlier in the week left to fill but will be caught up tomorrow.

Howdy folks,
Little update: my kid is home sick so needless to say I'm not conducting business right this second. It's been a rocky week here - I was in a bad car accident and broke my back on several spots. I've got new pain and new symptoms popping up even though it's been well over a week, so it's been slow going. Add in unforseen drama taking up two days and telegram going down, I'm behind on shipping. I'll get caught up and back on track and thank you all for your kindness and patience. Not really the launch I was hoping for but life can be a bitch, I should have expected it.

That said one of my beliefs as a vendor is that there's no reason transparency and great communication can't be a part of the customer experience. They are absolutely key! Things go wrong in this business all the time that are completely out of our control and it's frustrating to everyone involved. What's even scarier is making an investment and getting no information about the product's status. I promise all clients that I will always keep you up to date, you know what I know. (I know that gets harder to do as a business grows but I'll always do my best.)

And I'll get off my soapbox! Keep an eye on the menu for a new sample being added that will hopefully land next week!

Raffle drawing Sunday around midnight! I hope to have the new telegram group up and running, the original idea was to do a live drawing, but we may not be able to do that. Keep and eye on here and the menu for updates on that as well.

Quick update - as of this morning all samples have been mailed out!
Side note - I'm in the hospital waiting to get more imaging done (I expect to hear a lot of "I told you so" messages when I get back on telegram....) because they think my car accident have have been more damaging than they originally thought.

I ordered a sample ski-mag from Loki last week & the TA was very fast & the quality very nice. Smooth with a very smooth drop, no crash to speak of that is often experienced when reading less pure material.The exchange was easy & pleasant & I gotta say the opsec was hilariously genius.
It's bears repeating that the TA was fast enough to beat 2 other subscriptions that I ordered from 2 other popular publishers on this site

What were the parameters of your raffle? The entry is based on placing an order?

hate to do this after having so many initial good orders and how great loki has always been but i took a fairly minor loss a bit ago and quite a big loss on an order recently. a mag if skiing gear never came about 2 months ago now, nothing could be done, she simply said the vendor was being difficult or saying they sent it, etc.

I let that go, but my most recent subscription was over $600 and only half of it (which was only one item I decided to splurge on but not the main material I needed) it’s been weeks and weeks now and nothing, she first said her partner was MIA and now she’s saying that her partner is claiming they were shipped. They were not shipped, nothing in ID and I’m out $300 which has put me in a tight spot since I really rely on those mags for my required studies. Just super bummed. Will be ordering off other vendors from now on. Too risky.
