hate to do this after having so many initial good orders and how great loki has always been but i took a fairly minor loss a bit ago and quite a big loss on an order recently. a mag if skiing gear never came about 2 months ago now, nothing could be done, she simply said the vendor was being difficult or saying they sent it, etc.

I let that go, but my most recent subscription was over $600 and only half of it (which was only one item I decided to splurge on but not the main material I needed) it’s been weeks and weeks now and nothing, she first said her partner was MIA and now she’s saying that her partner is claiming they were shipped. They were not shipped, nothing in ID and I’m out $300 which has put me in a tight spot since I really rely on those mags for my required studies. Just super bummed. Will be ordering off other vendors from now on. Too risky.

I had a large order in as well, and despite the insistence its shipped, no ID has popped up. Looks like this one's a dud. If it happens to show up I will update but at this point I'm not counting on it.

of course, hate leaving negative reviews especially after so many positive experiences and building a relationship with this vendor (genuinely I’m bummed) - but i honestly wouldn’t advise anyone else to risk it right now.

for what it’s worth, I had another user DM after I posted saying the same thing was currently happening to them with a large order as well.
 
10/10, 5 stars, all the good reviews for ML!! … although not winning the raffle was a bummer ;) I definitely have my new favorite!

Not to be a bitch but I've kept you in the loo every step of the way with this, sending you multiple screenshots of my conversations with the vendor in question. And how many times have I sent you free subscriptions as an apology and even before that just to help out? (fucking hundreds of dollars worth btw.) I'm still on signal every day bugging this vendor and trying to rope in as many people as I can possibly think to rope in to get this resolved. I guess I'll stop pushing for them to ship it then. (And it wasn't a loss when my partner went mia - you still got your product plus some it was late but I've never left an order open.)
To be honest this hurts. Thank you, good reminder to not mix friendship with business.

So email me about it instead of just posting here acting like I'm not doing anything for to help you like I just brushed it off. If you have brought the issue to my attention already and it's not resolved, I am still pursuing it. Sometimes it takes time to get other vendors to man up to fuck ups.

I never got my product plus some. I got half my order. and the “free subscriptions” were not what i needed/ordered and did not nearly add up to the loss I took. Genuinely suffered for weeks because of this because I rely on these subscriptions. It was not “late”. It never arrived and still hasn’t. I’m pretty sure you sent me one screenshot. The last update I got from you was that you just told me that she keeps telling me she shipped them and there’s nothing else you can do. No mention of you still being on signal every day still bugging them. I’m not sure why you’re lying on here to save face or what but this doesn’t feel good for me either Loki.

In the email sent after the one you shared I told you I was.escalating admins of the groups she is in. I'm not giving up on the issue and not backing down, you will get what you paid for or your money back.
I finally found someone with okay prices on kpins so I'll be able to order those.

you literally never told me that… the next email you shared was about how stressed you are with current orders. absolutely 0 mention of anything you’re saying. i can literally share a screenshot of that email too. i’m not sure if you’re genuinely getting me mixed up with someone else but what you’re telling me never happened and you never told me any of that.

as I said in my original comment i hated to leave a negative review - and if what you’re saying is true given our good relationship and many previous past touchdowns until as of recently - I would’ve absolutely held off. you did not communicate any of what you’re claiming to in your “last email” to me. i know you have a lot on your plate right now and im willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that you’re getting me confused with someone else - but you can check our email thread for yourself. I won’t post it here unless you continue to insist after you go check for yourself - I’ll even forward it to you right now to make it easier.

I’ve zero issues with Loki at all. Whether is business talk or just random talk. Everything has always been talked through clearly and you are warned of issues ahead of time. She’s a super amazing business partner to have one of the BEST when it comes to communication. Be polite to her and she’ll be polite back. Don’t start weird lies without proof when you know she can back it up and shut you down quick. We should be thankful we have a source so involved in the community that she wants to actually take care of us all. The wrongful slander is not worth it and if there’s any issue you take up with her directly. She replies slow some give her some damn time. I won’t ever have a bad word to say about Loki. I genuinely feel like she’s became a slight friend since everything started happening. Much love Loki💜💜
