successful magazine touchdown from Loki! Yes things may have take a hair longer and usual BUT, all I had to do was MESSAGE HER!!! Believe it or not. She has a life of her own so don’t expect her at your knees 24:7 but, she’s here to answer hmmm questions and has always been here for me since I have her a chance. We have amazing conversations and goof around about everything and she keeps me up to date on EVERYTHING and i barely have to even ask. Please if have an issue just ask her a couple of times. She may have overlooked it once, we all do that. Blatantly lying here is ridiculous. Loki is a gem and of my closest vendors that I have the honor to hopefully not one sided-ly call a “friend” she’s 10/10 and when Ican financially wise she will be main💜💜much love Mistress

It's been a rough grand opening. I've got many months of spotless service and then the second I get on dbg the shit hits the fan over and over.
I can't control when my partner runs out of something and neglects to tell me until 3 orders have already been placed. I can't control USPS and if a pack sits in North Dakota for two months. And I certainly can't control it when I drop ship a specialty item and it's either missing or not the quality it should be. (I'm also a human with a family, a kid that's currently on spring break and whole other busy life to take care of. I'm also dealing with medical issues which include a broken spine in two places and a broken sternum.)
All I can do is what I've always done - try to offer the kind of service that I look for with a vendor. Good prices, great product, actual opsec measures, open flow of communication, and honesty. I have never misled or lied to a client nor have I ever stolen or scammed. I've also been trying to set up different, more effective ways to process and track orders. I'm constantly on the lookout for new products, better prices, or better quality. I look for ways to make things more consistently reliable.
People will always look for someone to blame, I can't control that. I'd wish that my customers especially the ones that have been with me a long time, give me the benefit of the doubt and remember that I'm human.

▶️ SIGN UP FOR INFORMED DELIVERY ASAP - we will no longer give tracking numbers at all.
- It is going to be much harder for anyone to check any tracking number going forward. This is probably a byproduct of theft issues with U$PS, but the policy can involve negative effects all of us.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE INFORMED DELIVERY - YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK tracking without submitting ID moving forward!!

Because of this new rule we will no longer be providing tracking on orders until we at least figure out how the new rule impacts how tracking is checked. Highly recommend signing up for informed delivery as soon as possible if you haven't already.

I got samples of the winter series. The snow was deep and fluffy and the ice was clean and strong. I've been dealing with Loki for awhile and she is one of the most personable vendors I've had in the many years of doing this.

The packaging was extremely good and came in fast. Communication was also very quick and loki was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Good quality ice.

Ordered from Loki 2 weeks ago. Confirmed by order and waited. A week went by with nothing coming up on informed delivery. Got a hold of Loki, apparently there was a problem with the alps, was never informed or contacted in any way to make it right. Loki gave me options to rectify the situation, of which I chose a refund. It's been 4 days since then and they have made zero contact, but have been able to post on here. Admin please get in touch if you would like screenshots of our convos.

But availability is only part of this whole kratom alks situation. We have a serious problem with society. Last year alcohol killed 178,000 people, last year all other drugs combined killed 69,973 Out of those 38,084 were from opiate/opioids and out of those 0 were killed by 7oh. With these numbers we can see the problem with banning 7oh
