Hey guys, a little (a lot) behind on orders. Going through some IRL stuff and my shipper has not been able to handle the volume as of late. However, I’m not going anywhere.

I emailed you about this and the delay but ig you didn’t see it, I’m not sure how long it will take for my type of mag to ship given the delays but if it’s not going to be anytime soon can I get a refund

That’s understandable and all, but the sheer lack of communication and ghosting, no offer on refunds, extras for the bullshit. We go through this every couple months and it’s hysterical at this point. Hope nobody was dependent on your mags and went without. Still haven’t heard back. 1/10 experience, always varies
 
Yeah I have been. And been completely respectful. Still non refundable or replacement.
This is my problem and in this very thread forever ago, I had to ask for a refund, since he never sent stuff in a timely matter or responded to my emails and then sent the wrong chemical. Somewhere in this thread he had it out with his old Benzo shipper. Then what I wanted was out of stock, he refunded me then. My friend made the order under a different email not connected to this account, but if he doesn't respond I'll just show him I've posted here with this exact same issue before, this new issue and this order was BTC chain verified over 4 weeks ago. I'm talking about less than a $300 order. I waited 3 weeks to contact him after payment. I've had better luck dealing with vendor reviews on Markets, get a vendor with a perfect score and is known to be good. I was very happy with certain vendors on here and how they respond and communicate. These pesky benzo shippers, to have a problem with a new one must be fun.
 
Me and my boy have Ben waiting on are mags for a month almost we ordered Jan 1st he’s was responding for the first few weeks and made a label for are one mag but never sent it I’m in no rush and hope everything good with this dude but sending are money a month ago and just ghosting us and never sending anything is crazy
 
I talked to Rhodi tonight. He said he was going through some shit but he's not going anywhere and he's going to get everyone's shit right. I'm 3 orders in and was wondering what was going on because usually he's right on top of everything. He said my orders will ship Monday so hopefully everything starts moving again.
 
Im amazed this dude isn't black listed. Dont get me wrong he's funny as hell, but none of the "shippers" ever come through properly. He even reached out to me to make things right on a past order. I was sent an empty envelope. Messaged him about it and shipper says im lying. I fully admit I didn't take a video of opening the pack, which I should've since it felt completely empty. Thats my mistake. But my theory is uses payment from new orders to fulfill old orders and rinse and repeat. Just my opinion, I could be dead wrong. Just think long and hard before you send your last bit of loot away to a vendor that has been having problems consistently for years now.
 
mag landed today was 15 days after ordering but all things considered im glad that it did land still and i dont mean that with hate. @mf sulfate had good quality overall and passes reagent test as expected. Would order again and hope to start hearing y’all getting yalls subscriptions come in
 
I know I’m obviously not the only one but I’ve been having major issues as well. It’s now been a month since I first ordered. I placed my order, nothing for 10 days, reached out. He apologized, offered to send extra. I then placed an order for something else. 3 days later, nothing on informed delivery, reached back out again, he said my intial order was now OOS. Offered refund or replacement. I took a replacement but there was still a $20 difference and asked for either that to be sent to me or small extra of product.

No response for a few more days again. Then said he’d send out the original product that was OOS and then also the replacement product but he forgot to mention my other completely separate order. 8 days later I get product, guess what? Missing half of it. My original product was in it only (to his credit, did send me extra) but now I’m left with not having the replacement product bc I didn’t need the original product anymore as I told him. And completely missing the separate product I ordered.

I was never rude in my emails, never pushy, I was always respectful. I did my best to not overload him on emails, and give him time. But it’s been a month now, like cmon. So now I’m stuck with a product I don’t need anymore, not the replacement for it that I do want, and missing a completely separate order and I’m down $20.

I’m a fair person, I’m not trying to get more than asked for. I even said that I’m willing to compromise, I won’t demand he send the full replacement order, even though he sent me the original one when I said I didn’t need it anymore. That would mean him sending something completely for free. But I’m still missing a whole separate other order. So I offered if he can send half of the replacement and half of the other sep order as a compromise.

The day I received only half my order (8 days ago) I emailed him. Waited 3 full days to reach out again. It’s now been 5 days since the last email.

Well, coincidently enough I got another package today. Weird because it didn’t show up on my informed delivery. Nonetheless I did get the order that wasn’t with my previous one. Didn’t get the replacement item that I spoke about but that’s okay as that wasn’t my main worry. Not worth emailing back and forth about that. I’m just gonna leave the leftover $20 alone as well.

All in all the products are great, zero issues there whatsoever. Obviously communication and turnaround time were not good to say the least. This was my first order with rhodium, would I recommend? It just depends, from what I see, my situation wasn’t a one off. So if you’re willing to take that gamble, you’ll eventually get what you asked for just may take awhile

Me and shipper have been completely overwhelmed with order volume. I literally can’t reply to emails some days. We had a backlog of about 30 orders. Everyone who was affected has been contacted and provided with a tracking number to show the product has now shipped.

Steps I’ve taken to resolve this:

-Addressed emails
-Hired a new shipper
-Hired new accountant
-Cleared backlog of orders and almost all emails
-Stressed out
-Got more stressed out
-Addressed emails

Give me a few more days to get back to normal please.
