It has taken about/close to 24 hours for me before, they’ll take care of you. Also make sure to email them through proton with your member name, TXID, and amount you sent if you already haven’t
 
i’m paying for the opal tier a few few days ago and then now apparently it’s gone. I don’t know if I need to resend the TXID but well, whoever is in charge of that pls lmk what i need to do to get my opal tier back
 
Donated $100 after the backup date and lost my account and membership. Messaged via contact form to reclaim my short-lived but glorious sponsorship status. Thanks, and glad to be back!

Very similar situation, I think this is one of those times where we just have to sit back and give it time. The admins/mods here are probably super overwhelmed and trying to get everything back together!
 
Unfortunately the main server crashed, some files got corrupted and we lost almost 3 weeks of data.
The database has been restored from a backup from early August. Members that registered after August 2, can register again. Members that donated after August 2, kindly email me to re-instate your sponsorship as we can verify it with our records. GOOD TO BE BACK!!

I got about 150 members to reinstate sponsorships, this has to be done manually so takes time.
Spamming my inbox with more emails, will not make it any faster.

Don't panic! Everyone will get sorted!
 
Donated $30 on 8/17 for opal sponsorship, also sent an email and went though contact us yesterday where I provided TXiD
