@Admin I have sent email to an admin email to get my I believe ruby sponsorship back I just don’t know if it’s the right one or or if there is a specific one we are supposed to be using I understand that this will not happen you know overnight and I’m sorry about the whole shutdown and very happy that everyone is OK and you guys were able to get it back up. Unfortunately, I did fall in that time spot that you were talking about the email. I used without writing it out here was when I had some questions or should I be using the email when they congratulated me on becoming a sponsor? Thank you for all you do.

Very similar situation, I think this is one of those times where we just have to sit back and give it time. The admins/mods here are probably super overwhelmed and trying to get everything back together!

Unfortunately the main server crashed, some files got corrupted and we lost almost 3 weeks of data.
The database has been restored from a backup from early August. Members that registered after August 2, can register again. Members that donated after August 2, kindly email me to re-instate your sponsorship as we can verify it with our records. GOOD TO BE BACK!!

I got about 150 members to reinstate sponsorships, this has to be done manually so takes time.
Spamming my inbox with more emails, will not make it any faster.
