Similar issue here. I think they lost a server/backup, I'm certain they'll restore all the sponsor statuses!

Make sure to email them also just for extra assurance. Send your TXID from your payment, total(which you should be able to line up with your hat sponsorship you had) and your username

It has taken about/close to 24 hours for me before, they’ll take care of you. Also make sure to email them through proton with your member name, TXID, and amount you sent if you already haven’t
