Interesting replies about the LL's from up north. Simplest explanation does seem like the most logical....routed wrongly. Still seems strange but guess what's done is done and luckily TTM looks to be back on track. FWIW I got the LL that the postman needed a sig for, then a few days later...

Talk about an up and down week... Got my 1/13 letter on the 19th. Mom passes away yesterday the 23rd, check the mail after a long day of arrangement.....a LL from Canadian Customs in reference to 11/29 order.  FML

I'm sorry to hear that Sherry and while I've had 2 recents come through can understand your reluctance with them. For whatever reason it seems like there's randomly some "bad" ship dates out there. No rhyme or reason it seems and you had the terrible bad luck to have letters sent on 2 of such...

Whoa! Wow I think that's the first one from that time period I've seen come through. Admittedly I'm only judging by responses here and on TTM's forum, but sure seemed like those few days were gone for good. Can't say I'm expecting anything but maybe....just maybeeeee. Thanks for updating! - Jeff

Sounds like the biggest issue is with orders that went out in late November. I've received an order placed in December as have others, little early to tell for Jan. but some have received their gifts. Not sure of # of LL's received, it's not back too many pages, but not many were reported. I...

Still don't know what to think about TTM and all the issues towards the end of the year. Received my 12/12 package in a little less than month which I figured standard given the time of year. Never got the 11/28 though and have written it off. No LL either. Sucks but it's a risk you gotta take...

Man, well I guess that answers that... No LL here to me on east coast today. Will keep an eye out. So long 11/28 package.... Strangly enough the other date in April I mentioned when no one received, I didn't hear of anyone receiving a LL then, who knows though... Seems like every few months...

That one seems to be the best prepaid card to use with them. Originally used green"." but it will no longer work with this vendor, at least for me. You should be good to go!

I've been thinking along the same lines. My 11/28 order was a larger order and while I haven't written it off, things are looking bleak. Similarly I had a late April order, also larger, that never showed up. Maybe just a coincidence though as there's many folks waiting on orders from that week...

Lots of folks from that week with orders still MIA, I'm one too and just received an order placed 2 weeks after that. Worth contacting TTM though. Unfortunately these things do happen. Had the same experience with an order in April. No LL, no nothing. FWIW check out their own forum as well...

I know during the postal strike crisis Cat was asking folks to refrain from any "still waiting" posts; but with the mail working again, talk of LL's, and many a Dec. order received, have any late November orders come through. I had really hoped for my 11/27 before Xmas and thought I played it...

Really eating my words on shipping being back to normal after the postal issues. Placed an order mid-November, received in less the 10 days. Ordered again with a 11/27 ship date and still not here. Oh well, usps has been terribly slow for me all around with Xmas rush so just keep my fingers...

Agreed. After all the chaos lately this is gotta be the best method of posting experiences. Gladly admit I'm guilty of being vague myself. But given the detailed emails TTM sends and the many times illegible postmark on the letter this should help give us all the most detailed up-to-date info...

Ordered 11/9 Mailed 11/10 Received 11/17 Realize I most likely got lucky with a 7-day turnaround to the east coast but even double that I'd have considered things back to the "relative in this game" normal. - Jeff
