    Cannot get Bitcoin

@Rec If there's Cash app/Square where you are, just use that to purchase BTC since it will be cheaper. Then transfer the BTC to your anon wallet from there. You might try Binance as well.

What to do if you have gonnorhea

Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhea are not the same bacteria, and their treatment isn't the same either. Azithromycin (1g once) typically for Chlamydia, while ceftriaxone (1 shot) for gonorrhea, and partners need to be treated as well. Antibiotic resistance is becoming a problem...

Does lack of sleep cause Diabetes or does Diabetes cause lack of sleep?

They might eat a lot of meat now, but not back then. In fact, their spiritual connection to the land and animals disputes that, as does anthropological study. Taking of life, animal or otherwise, isn't taken lightly (of course, with variation among the many different tribes - but none would have...

    Splitting/diluting and storing 80mg Oxycodone

@wanabe @zust Today's formulation will (the gelling is just to prevent IV use), but unless it's Xt@mpz@ ER, you mess with the pharmacodynamics, so how it's absorbed. You're not likely to end up with an ER profile after you disrupt the pill. Of course, this may be what you desire (more of an IR...

    Splitting/diluting and storing 80mg Oxycodone

@sming @zust @wanabe It is NOT recommended to disturb ER pills. Except for Xt@mpz@ ER that is formulated with this in mind, tampering with an ER pill disrupts its ER mechanism, which means you could possibly end up with something similar to an IR dosing from what was supposed to be ER. This...

    Isotonitazene

D3xtr0m0r@mid3... Discovered by the same scientist who discovered f3nt@ny1... "Dependence liability is similar to morphine, but with a less severe withdrawal syndrome. [...] The main advantage of this drug is that it has a fast onset of action when taken orally, and has a high bioavailability...

Safe Hormones/ sarms/ etc for female breast growth?

@Pilliam @veggieragz @Clarissa If your wife were starting out as a man, yes, definitely (https://malebreastenlargement101.com/the-first-step-toward-male-breast-enlargement-know-your-hormones/). As a woman, it's not as clear cut since that process has already taken place. Certainly, women who...

    Love letter

Depends on your nerve... But you're right in that you're too insignificant for the full force of the federal gov to be brought to bear upon you. So you can keep on keeping it personal - as in personal amounts. Maybe find a vendor with better stealth too, or switch to US vendors and pay the...

    viagra Cenforce

Yup. Made a pretty penny selling expired Cenforce from India that I acquired free of charge. I still have people asking me when I'll get more. If it's a reputable vendor, you should be good to go.

    Cannot get Bitcoin

What? Cash app is a KYC provider like Coinbase, except they deal exclusively in BTC (for now). Coinbase has definitely frozen user accounts. Just check Reddit. Cash app also limits purchases to $2k/day, but whether that's related to FinCEN and reporting, I don't know.

    Oxycontin vs Percocet

If you weren't snorting, slamming or selling (to folks snorting or slamming), it's mostly whatever. If you look up pharmacodynamic graphs, IR tends to peak faster, then wane faster as well. In strict therapeutic terms (recreational is something else), it should be better, more consistent. But...

    GBL? BDO?

@Mohawk @Snooky Have you ever heard of controlled deliveries? I never said BTC would be where the investigation stops. Anyway, it's really whatever you all want to do. The busts are out there where vendors were linked to DNM vendor accounts and BTC was also confiscated as a result of...

    GBL? BDO?

Well, on that note, here's an update: while BTC is still used on the DN, Monero/XMR is very much taking over, as BTC has proved to be not as private as advertised. In fact, WHM, the top DNM after Empire exit-scammed, is exclusively XMR. In addition, Tor may not be enough: if you're running your...

    GBL? BDO?

If you mean WHM, please read the DNM Bible before you do anything on the DN. I get nervous with all the half-baked advice I see on DBG about transacting on the DN. This world is very different from that world. Most users there would be horrified by the way transactions are done here.

what stim/psych/disso would you most like to see domestically?

Good quality and well-priced MDMA, MDA, and especially 2C-B. The few US>US vendors are milking it! But can't blame them... (Changa would be nice, too, but I just haven't pulled the trigger on the many websites offering it in the US, so it may already be readily available here.)

Can someone help with TRRC question?

@twigs @Pubgm @ReallyNow @Spinningplates @Joshua55 Source from China. NL, UK, DE...these are hot countries. All the major US vendors themselves mostly source from China, so might as well go to the source as well.

    Transferred bc to darkweb wallet

@Mickeyg Without a market name to go on, another possibility is that you were not on that market at all - in other words, you were phished. Whatever money you transferred went into the phisher's wallet, not the market wallet. Whatever the case, exit scam or phishing, that account is burned, so...

    Supplementing your liver and kidneys

@condor3316 1) Low-protein, low-salt and low-fat diet to reduce stress on the kidneys from increased flow (hyperfusion), pressure (hypertension), and acidifying potential, respectively. The blood pressure drugs are supposed to help with this, but there's an easier way. 2) Alkalinize your...

@WadeParzival @Bauhaus  China... @RC_researcher79  1so killed because people didn't know. You're talking about a class of opioids never marketed to humans, so the streets became the testing ground. What ensued was predictable. But this is very different from individuals requesting the drug...

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  4. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  6. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.

  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
