What Is The Best Part Of Being A Woman? Being A Man?

My former spouse never liked the term "fetch." He said it made him sound like a dog....which is he is!!!!! Bloom

    Lawyering Up!

What type of drug test are they requesting! Urine is the standard - are they having you submit another urine sample? Blood testing is uncommon - and you would have to agree to hair follicle testing. Sounds like they just want another urine sample. WATER.

    Lawyering Up!

Urine drug tests measure the amount of substance present in mg - based on the molecular structure of the drug. They're trying to determine whether you're using an amount greater than prescribed. Tramadol does NOT show up on urine drug tests - but if you've been using additional or supplemental...

    So, I'm Getting A Divorce

Chris1, Mediated divorce is always better than litigated divorce. Sorry to hear you've shared the Big D experience. Did your former spouse want the child support money or the children? Or both? Also, Chris1 - this divorce cost almost $300,000 dollars in attorney's fees. I tried...

Marriage is not what I'd hoped

Silver Shadow, I posted earlier under the "So I'm getting a Divorce" thread....so maybe I have divorce on my brain today. I think your advice about marriage is quite accurate. And it's admirable to separate and reconnect several times - and find the root cause of the tension. My therapist...

    So, I'm Getting A Divorce

My divorce was final on December 1, 2014 after over a year or lawyers, mediation, endless settlement offers, litigation - over six weeks of trial in The Court - custody disputes, an attorney for the children...a therapist, too. It was merciless, malicious and a well planned attack by an extreme...

    Dbg And Making New Friends

I know! I thought man, if I ever see this guy at the grocery store I'm fleeing to aisle three! LOL!!! I read your posts in the addiction thread about a week ago and just reread them - you have a lot of supporters! And I think honesty is an admirable trait. Even if it's just internal and...

Quitting Stims And Benzos. Where To Get That Motivation Thing?

Roger, This is a very kind, well thought (and written) post with a lot of good advice. I completely agree about low energy as your body/brain connection transitions to eliminating its desire for chemicals. Sadly our brains are programmed quickly to crave but very slow to reprogram - which...

Anybody Here, Single And In Their 30's?

Your intentions are in the right place starting this thread! There's nothing to apologize or be embarrassed about. I've talked and texted with many members over the years - though no personal meet and greets. There are a lot of amazing people, mostly normal and some a bit off kilter - it's...

    Lawyering Up!

Ketamine in a topical formula does NOT have side effects. However, topical medications are used as an adjunct to oral pain prescriptions - so one must always know their limits. Think of it this way...oral meds are systemic and affect your whole body - topical pain meds are localized - so no...

    Lawyering Up!

Oh dear! Liquid magnesium injections can be a miracle if you have access. Usually 100cc with an insulin syringe can work wonders in a day or two - (and swallowing copious amounts of Magnesium Malate 10-15 pills daily) can help, too. The liquid injections are intramuscular, and work very...

    Hair Follicle Testing

No two words will strike more fear into the hearts of recreational drug users than "Hair Screen." Hair follicle testing (or hair screening) has exploded in popularity the past few years. The basic gist of the procedure is to detect drugs and other substances taken by a person, using samples of...

    Passing A Drug Test

Anyone know the creatinine effect on drug test results - and how to establish/prove your baseline is an accurate reflection of your body's metabolite process? I've had several 8-panel drug tests (mainly for alcohol) and my creatinine continues to fall below the minimum baseline of 20 even...

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that

  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
