That's terrible you are suffering through panic attacks and are having sleeping and are not getting the support you need, this Covid thing is hard. Remember you need to put yourself first and take care of your health. What have you tried before for the panic attacks?

I have tried everything under the sun expensive and colt favs and the only thing I use now is pure rose water to cleanse and joboja oil to moisturize.  My skin is very dry, sometimes use cicaplast or mixa healing ointment.  My hair is like straw though any recommendations for a good moisturing...
