I take both,  milk thistle and NAC, usually daily and have for years; I'm hoping is saving my ailing liver. I suggest Jarrow &/or Schiff. But you can find so many good sources online. But dont go for cheap; not worth it when it comes to your liver. You get what u pay for. cheers poppyseed
