How long until you can start assuming your package is up in the air? My package was sent April 9. When should I contact them? 

So you mean you have a wallet specifically for that purchase and then you transfer that to your preferred wallet for whatever you are going to spend the BTC on? Did I get that right? 

I have the electrum wallet, but i don't know the best place to buy without having to document my whole life . I want the bitcoins to end up in my electrum wallet. So, where is the easiest place to buy BTC for my electrum wallet? Gah... think I have to wait until salery though. Six - seven days...

Worked out eventually. Passport did the trick. I have emailed them and asked if I have to go through this every time, because if that is the case I  will be looking for another place to by BTC that takes less time.
