Update: 100 prOglumide booster at lunch.  0c intranasal throughout day. Up to 60mgs total for the day, pain free but could have used less. There is a learning process here.

More details on synergy as i experience it. in the past I used dissociatives to manage pain a lot, but my girl doesn’t like me doing it at all infront of her(long story), so that part will be kept to the occasional at best.
