I have the same problem.  My pain doctor has me take Dilauded 2X a day.  I try to take the 2nd dose early, but even if I take it around 5 in the evening, there are very few nights that I get to sleep before 5 in th morning.  

I also got some there.  I don't use it often, have enough problems with opiates, but when my script is out for the month, and I'm going cold  turkey for for 5-7 days, I have found that it does help some.  I alternate it with a different substance that a wonderful friend gave me for migraines...
