you could just get blotters through m4il from canada through chems or chemiverse.

Ive had good experiences with chemlogix in the past if you go the canada-us snail mail route.
But doesnt 1P metabolize into LSD anyhow and there are plenty of vendors that have that,
id recommend @rockychoc
