ther3alrc has 3-fpm in pellets and powder.  not domestic but usually lands in about a week-ish as long as customs plays nice.  just order small amounts like 2g or less.....

Yeah they seemed to have switched to private.  Theres not even a way to generate an invite code from in my account.  Not sure whats going on with it...
