3-HO-PCE

I have read that you don't need to freebase pce's to vape/smoke but when I do I don't feel shit . Have tried in a meth pipe even mixed it along w some meth still no head change. I have done that with o-pce and it worked good better then by itself not harsh... My question is if I freebase my 3-ho-pce will I be able to smoke/vape ? If so how would I base it same as rockin up some coke? Or will the base be an oil like meth fb? Any help would be appreciated.
