Hello,

I have an order that the shipping label was created on 7/10 but has still not shipped, I’ve emailed about it asking when it’s expected to but have not heard back.

Is this normal. I recieved my first order and had to wait a few days for it to ship as well, but this has been a longer amount of time and I haven’t heard anything back on my emails in several days besides the shipping label was created.

Yeah, it's actually more common than you'd think. Sometimes the tracking just sits on "Label Created" for a while and doesn't show any movement, then it randomly updates all at once or even says it's out for delivery

I've had it happen to me before where I thought nothing was happening, but the package ended up arriving without the tracking ever updating properly until the last minute.

Ok I hope that’s the case last time it came quicker and it did update when I emailed asking why it hadn’t shipped then that night it updated saying it was dropped off, but I haven’t gotten an email response in like 5 days now, and haven’t had any updates besides the label being created on 7/10, and I placed my order on like 7/8. I hope you’re right. I don’t know why they just wouldn’t ship my order this time.

Just got an email back they said they had an issue with labels created on 7/10 but they fixed it. Shows it was sent out yesterday, so we’re good. Super glad they got back to me and got it straitened out!
