Goal: Complete 40, 40 yard dash sprints in under 20 minutes.
*Sprint 40 yards, turn around and jog back to start. The key here is the active recovery. I slow jogged back to start, controlling my breathing, mentally bringing my heart rate down. Before hitting it again.
