  3. R @ rasetreydir: That deep fried turkey is very good, but yes, a lot of work. Then you have 10 gallons of oil to dispose of. Same reason i stopped doing oil changes myself on our cars. Maybe there's supply chain issues that are affecting supermarkets and basically everything else in some way.
