60 mg morphine ER

I have a bunch of 60 mg morphine extended release for pain (punctured lung) and i dont feel it is working as well as oxy...i have read that there is a very low oral bioavailabiltiy for morphine, and many ppl use the "plugging" method. I was wondering if anyone had experience with morphine using this method
