I received a phone call today from 904-410-2291. The person speaking to me did not speak English very well and was wanting to know my address. When I asked who he was he claimed to be processing an order I had placed from some pharmacy I have never dealt with. Of course I did not tell this person my address. I  played stupid and asked what order he was processing. He claimed that I had placed an order for 150 perk0s*t. I immediately told him that I never placed such order and if he wanted to continue this conversation he would have to do so by email. Here is what I have found so far regarding the phone number.

Please be careful. It looks like someone is paying for personal info related to certain topics and trying to run a scam on them. By the way, I never got an email from him. Imagine that!

Just received another phone call from the same number. This person spoke english much better. When I answered the phone he asked if I was ******* (name deleted for obvious reasons). I immediately asked him who this was. He replied legitdrugstore.com. I have never contacted or ever placed an order with this website/vendor. I told him I did not place an order and he hung up. I have checked all my bank accounts and everything is ok. Someone is phishing and is able to obtain personal info relating to online pharmacy forums and or purchase history from other vendors. Please watch your backs.

Always good to keep warning people about these scams. There's a lot of them going around these days. Thanks for the heads up.

I been getting texts(I WON'T answer my phone) about the exact things I need.. I've only mentioned on here.. thus my reason for going dark asap.. I don't need that & have a good feeling where it came from too.. From Fla to NC to not 20mins away.. I did text that cat back..  big mistake.. I asked him to meet me.. NAW he wouldn't do that but w/e I need he'd send if I sent $ to a diff country??(I woulda had the 5.0 meet him smh) Now this shit.. either stops or I stop cuz I RARELY give my # out to ANYONE..

My phone has been LIT UP with calls from the 904 (Jax,FL fyi-- I'm sure it's not these callers' actual location) and various other numbers about cialis?? (Never ordered that in my life, at least not yet needing it!! Seeing as I'm just a hop skip and a jump from my boyhood years) and other drugs they claimed I have ordered in the past (none controlled though) and general sales calls, most sound Indian in accent but almost none speak english well, I'm really hoping something didn't happen to this vendor; waiting since 3/17 for a nicely lined pack

This has been going on for years and years.  Either the vendor sells their contact list for money or more likely someone who works for the vendor stole the list and made some side money by selling and vendor doesn't even know about it.  I was getting calls years ago from someone with heavy accent telling me my order was ready and I kept telling them they had the wrong number when they asked for me by name.  But, unfortunately the info gets resold and resold so it is a real pain and I don't give out my real number anymore.  The calls did stop eventually.

Exact same thing here. I only gave my # once, but that was all it took. After about a year of calls from all over the country, trying to sell me Viagra, it finally stopped. Always thick accented men saying that I'd bought Viagra before. Ha! I still get an occasional text, for the most part they've given up on me. I will never give my real # again.

You're right Suzie, there are a lot of scenarios of how this happens, not necessarily the vendors fault, though I'm sure some sell it outright.

Thing is, I didn't give my cell # to ANYONE, I still have a landline yet the calls/texts were coming in on my phone.(stupid autofill, I changed it a digit as well, but they pulled all my info somehow? It is my fault in a way cuz I wasn't thinking clearly when I registered somewhere. I was in panic mode) I know where it's on, I've just been too outta it to even worry about getting it removed.. I know where it's coming from just wondering how my cell phones info got out cuz.. it's exactly what you said, my friend found my # on a site that well, sells off info, really need to get it removed.. the calls have stopped for now. I honestly can't say it was this # specifically, but there were a few came up FL, cuz I deleted all the info, but I don't even have any type of social media on my phone, so it makes it much easier to "figure" how it happened. Tho I'm have no red handed proof..

If I had a dollar for every different number they've used over the years I could fracking retire, cart Admin was the beginning of it. That was a good group for what they did, but they sold the shit out of everyone's phone numbers. Troy did the same thing, I think even AMC made some quick cash off number lists.

To be fair pretty much any company you give your number to does this these days, it's just that IOPs are a little more... "pushy"?

remember the old DB board run by that Asshat Alex. He sold names and numbers if you ever paid to have access to the VIP section he all your info to sell. And when all the sites when down that required med records ( for the life of me I can't remember what they were called) a lot if not all sold all the information they had on the clients, sadly those places had a lot of personal data on people. The only nice thing I can say is,as far as I know no CC data was sold.

  1. L @ Layne_Cobain: TxID stands for transaction id
  2. J @ Jbil75yahoo: What’s TxID ?
  3. xenxra @ xenxra: thanks for being a swell guy, you earned it
  4. R @ rhodium: hello all thanks for being moved to the apporved section!
  5. P @ Poppycock: @Mammasboi123 thank you, I’m still getting the hang of using this platform. Sometimes when I try to search something it will come back with nothing or tell me what I typed in wasn’t long enough or something
  6. M @ Mammasboi123: Also, keep in mind that if a thread topic doesn’t already exist for a particular mag after searching for it, for a particular msg you’ve got questions on, you can always open a new thread under the appropriate section to get member feedback. I only mention doing it this other way due to there being a rule against members/vendors advertising or soliciting mags via the Shout Box. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets removed at some point.
  7. M @ Mammasboi123: @Poppycock, I would encourage you or any other member looking for current options for various mags to first check if an existing thread has already been created on the topic by using the Search bar found on the upper right corner of the site. For example, here’s a recent thread that was posted just a couple months ago that shows up when I type in ‘5APB’ to the search bar: https://drugbuyersguide.info/threads/4-fma-and-6-apb.11276/#post-268359.
