A question about legal manufactures

This question came to me regarding V@l and some other Benz0s but could apply to anything. All I was getting recently was ph@rm@ in blisters, originally from india or mexico. My question is, does anyone have any reason to believe they are not as good as magazines from US manufacturers. Do V@liums from india have a chance to be lower dosed or not as consistent? Or is it just supply and demand(and recognizability) that make US magazines so much more expensive at every vendor I've seen. Thanks in advance and let me know if this question is a little too on the nose.
