ADD as a child

I was diagnosed with ADD as a child in the late 80s early 90s. Now I am an adult with a successful job, but in meetings, I cant keep my attention on the meetings. I start thinking about stupid stuff. Do i really have ADD? What do yall think? I'm not sure how to approach my regular doctor.

Its hard to tell if meetings is the only example you have. Maybe those meetings are boring!

I think switching between tasks without finishing them can be a symptom.
