Adderall rx by Dr.......Desoxyn used recreationally. Will this cause fail in jobs hair follicle test?

Have hefty legit rx of adderall. Want to test desoxyn off the grid. Upcoming hair follicle test. Will they know the difference?

If possible,  only those that know what there talking about comment 

 
Yes, they can tell the difference. You could claim adderall caused a false positive, but then they would use gas-chromatography and confirm it was meth.
