I placed and paid for an order 51 days ago..tracking number says it was scanned in at NYC Jan 30th.  No product yet. Is this normal?  Thanks

No.  Was your order scanned inbound to customs NY or was it at sort facility Jamaica, NY?  Makes a big difference.  If it is at the sort facility call USPS and open a lost package ticket and they will usually find it pretty quick.  If it has simply landed in NY, it is in customs and it sounds like it is not leaving, expect a LL at some point.

ISC is the International Sorting Center, which means it has not passed customs. You will likely get a seizure letter. Sorry for the bad news.

Do you have knowledge of ramifications of seizure?  It happened to me once about 9 years ago....I got the letter from Feds instead of my product and that was the end of it, as far as I know

And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
