Pooner2013? - did you change your email by chance? Maybe your email is going to his spam folder. Even if you didn't change your email - email spam filters aren't always consistent on what email addresses or content are considered spam. Each email provider has different rules they run the email through to detect if it's spam or not. They're always updating them also so what wasn't considered a spam email last week may be this week.
Try emailing him from a different email address and see if that does the trick.
Is the order your trying to contact him about a new order you want to place? Or is it for an outstanding order - one you already paid for? I can't see a vendor not responding to a new order request unless you were really nasty/rude to them which I doubt you were? That would tell me at least he's not getting the email. Have you had any problems w/ anyone else not getting your emails?
