I dont know whats up with A. This is my fourth order with him in 6 weeks and all previous orders have been fine. The last order was the RP 30 rock climbing gear and they were so weak that they were not worth using. I ordered more gear on Thursday and I was told it would ship Fri for Sat. It did not show. A said he does not know what happened, but in mean time would reship my blue rock climbing gear on Mon for Tues. When I ask about tracking number, He does not know what I am talking about and I have to send copies of money picked up and copies of emails back and forth. Then all of a sudden he remembers and says that new gear will be in today and he will ship today or tomorrow???? I cant get a stright answer out of him right now. He says he will ship extra for the problems, but I keep trying to get him to understand that I have a business trip and have pushed my clients off a day, and now I have to push them back another day. I told him that once I leave I will not be back for 10 days so we need to fix this now. I have never had a problem like this with him, and hope this will be the last. Hes benn a top notch guy to deal with until now. I will follow up once and if I receive my order.
