Alex (Formerly Troy-Pharma.com)

I've got to agree, A has never once let me down. Can't speak for others but not a single time. If there was ever a mistake it was very minimal and dealt with immediately and generously. A is the man.

Sorry a lil late with this review have been pulling in a ton of overtime at work this week. Anyway back to review.

Ordered/ Funded 5/22 before cutoff, ordered ON as he said it wouldn't be a problem. Got an email later on say he was unable to ship and still had to take some extra precautions and working things out to get back to normal. No big deal with me I was just happy he emailed me and explaining the situation and apologized, said he'd make up for it even tho I told him that wasn't necessary at all and that safety comes first :)

5/23 Tn revived late night with 2nd day delivery. Oh well mistakes happen and again he apologized and explaining everything but I kept telling him I was just happy to have such a honest and kind vendor that I know I could trust and rely on. Said he'd make up for it again and I told him he didn't have too and not to worry.

5/25 Letter arrived safe and sound just as expected once I got tn. It might have been late but lady Roxane as good as she looks at 30 never shows up to late for a dance.

I really respect Alex!  He always come through 99.9% of the time without any problems and when they do happen I can't and don't get upset with him. I know he's gonna make it right and he always responds quickly if he doesn't contact you first which he always does. His honesty and kindness can't be beat! Hands down best vendor out there!

People just be patient when something goes a lil off plan as they do sometimes in this business. But I guarantee you'll be happy in the end.

Thanks again Alex for all the hard work. Don't think some of us say it enough!!

Review time.

Donation: 5/26

Received: 6/1

Everything accounted for and excellent quality.  A bit of a delay caused by several things, mostly related to the problems all the vendors are experiencing, along with a few other extenuating circumstances. However, A was upfront, in-contact throughout, and got it done so cannot knock him.  Another solid order from him.

Ordered/funded: can't remember, honestly, but back when all the 'issues' happened

Received: 6/2

I was one of the unlucky ones to have two letters 'lost' (the original, then resend), so he waited til things settled down, which I agreed with, then sent out this one.

First time I got myself some 30in Roxx heels and they are great. Great quality, great service, great communication. Still A+++ for Alex!

Btw, he stated that everything was back on track & good to go. You can't go wrong with Alex!

Hello everyone! I sent Alex an email Friday evening to place an order and get a list. I'm a long time customer and I haven't heard back from him as of Sunday evening. It's a little unusual for him. Has anyone heard from him recently? I did send a follow up email just a moment ago. I'm sure he's just busy, but just wanted to make sure. :)

Thanks @Sunrise81. I kind-of thought that might be the case. But wanted to double check. I guess looking back, my orders were usually placed during the week.

My friend Alex showed up to the party in his always, completely, punctual manner.  Was looking great as to be expected and not only myself but my friend, as well, were impressed.  I acted my flaky self but Alex, being a gentleman, was just as courteous as ever.  Thanks for showing us a nice time and I hope to do something different the next time we go out.  Thanks so much again, Alex.

Alex,

I hope you realized that this was actually a review of the order you sent and not a story meant to be taken as something that really happened.  I thought I was being cleaver with my metaphors.  Now reading back made me realize that you might not have understood it as a metaphoric review but probably thought I was a crazy person.  LOL  I'm sorry if that was the case.  It meant we got our stuff fast, it was perfect and that we were impressed by your professionalism.  The reason I decided to look back was because I've been trying to contact you to place another order but you have not responded back.. You have my greatest apologies for any misunderstanding.   You are an excellent vendor and I would hate to lose you.

Didn't have much time yesterday when i posted my review.  Ritz crackers, order of fries, hair-pinz.  Crackers taste correct, great way to start a day.  Everything from inquiry to end smooth can be.  He upsized some slightly as well.

Alex came thru in a big way.

Placed thurs

Paid fri

Rec sat before 3.  Pd for 2day!

Alex is the man!!

Ordered/funded (before cutoff): 6-26

TN: 6-26

Received: 6-27

Was supposed to have actually received tomorrow (6-28), but i was able to pick up at the local outlet mall which they thanked me for getting my fabric today, as it lessened their load of supplies to track (which was a first for me). :D  All of my aBg crafts that require 100 stitches from m0rf€d material are spot on. Great communication, great quality craft, great everything. A+++++ as always! Alex is the BEST!

I'm gonna be a broken record again.

Alex is simply awesome no other words to describe him.

Ordered and funded 7/5 before cutoff had an issue with donation being not sent. Not his fault by any means. So redid donation 7/6 once again before cutoff with ON.

7/7 That 30yr old  Roxane Landry showed up mid day as promised.

9 times outta 10 he comes through with true ON, but stuff does happen sometimes outta their control. You can't go wrong with Alex as I've  said before. He always comes through, he's great with communication and speed. A+++ Once again Alex! Hands down he's outstanding!

Thanks again for everything dbg. Specially for the mods for all you guys do.

And definitely special thanks to Alex and his awesomeness!

Ordered/funded: 6/30

Received half of order: 7/7

(I'll post another review once I have received other half of order.)

Ok, I have to say, this has been the LONGEST wait (aside from when the issues were happening a few months back) from funding to receipt of crafts. But, this was NOT Alex's fault, it was another person's fault in his 'company' (you can PM me if you want specifics). Alex stayed in contact constantly and sent updates daily. He only had half the order when I funded and is sending the other half once he gets them and I will update accordingly. Alex is still my #1!!

Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in. I have read it 228 by myself. 🫡 🫢 🫢 🫢
