The eagle has landed. Part 1 of my replacement order that was sent to the wrong address.
Purp Percs and W853s.
Quality A+
Now, my prior order of W853s only had a few bunk ones in there, the rest of the order was great. I even told him not to worry about it or that at a minimum, I would split the difference with him. He insisted that he replace the full order (which with the Percs is actually more than I ordered originally). Now, I'm a loyal and large customer, so I do expect a little bit of VIP service, but this is way more than anyone has any right to expect (and I wouldn't necessarily expect the same thing for everyone, or even me again). Awesome!
Also, and I'm not going to let him do this, he told me that if he's able to reroute back to me the large order I made that was sent to the wrong address, that I can just keep it (even though he's resent the order, with Part 2 expected tomorrow). There's no way I can let him eat THAT much cost. I know for a fact that his margins are not THAT big.
Anyway, just another rather extreme example of why I think he's the best in the biz.
