I think he is running around like a chicken with its head cut off because right now he seems to be the only vendor. And a lot of R's customers are getting really nervous and scared and impatient and I don't blame any of them. So Alex is being bombarded which is a good thing for him but I know he's under a tremendous amount of stress trying to get everybody's orders and trying to make sure he has enough meds for everybody. I think right now he is the only trusted one. I do trust R but what's going on right now I don't think is R's fault. I'm sure alex was not prepared for this to happen so let's try to ease up on him and help him out to by believing in him and sending him good vibes :-)

I'm not picking you out specifically pokeytoe -- everyone seems to be losing their heads and making crazy statements.

So, everybody, let's all collectively take a deep breath, and CALM DOWN.

Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know that Alex has been working today on changing his passwords and making a back up email so that in case of an emergency everyone can know if something like hacking or anything were to happen. hes been working since 4:30am to get everyone what they need and trying to safeguard everyones info and money so that an R situation isnt possible. So hopefully this will give y'all a bit of peace of mind and confidence that he is and will always do what he can to help. As soon as he emails me the alternate email address tomorrow, ill make sure you have it. Hope you can rest a bit easier tonight. Take care.

I'm not sure why some are having problems but I have been doing buisness with him for at least a year and communication was good-same as usual.

I have to say, it is really strange to see posts about my favorite vendors personal life on here. My communication with him is friendly and limited to numbers. I email him one time for instructions, send my numbers and info and wait for him to send me the number I need, which he does, like clockwork. Strictly business and it works well. It's just my opinion of course, that sometimes it's best, in this business, to keep it simple and uncomplicated. That way there are no misunderstandings. I can only imagine-lol-omg- A sitting there, doing his thing, when all of a sudden he is bombarded with hundreds of emails from new customers wanting to be his new best friend and share thier personal story with him. :)

Quality is really great

I was going to order on 1-7 originally but was waiting for him to get something back in stock.  I assumed and sent the moola without asking.  I'll have to remember to ask if my item is in stock before I order next time. It worked out great though, because what he had in stock worked much better for me than what I was going to get.  I got the percolators in case anyone is wondering.  Damn fine coffee.  /default_smile.png

yea very hard.........I am soooo confused but I know he did ship some orders out just not mine or the other member on here and that was fine I just could not understand that so now I am screwed till then..
i was talking with alex last night and it was perfect English like always when i speak with him....maybe hes got someone else helping him with emails

He'd almost have to need/want help...I'm sure hes loaded down w/emails everyday, ever look at the view count on some of these threads? Especially the ones that are "hot", thousands of people!!!  Then someone says the vendor is GTG, I bet that just opens the flood gates on his email!!!  On top of that, a trusted and long time vendor is having some issues, bamm, even more emails being sent...I'm sure it's a little overwhelming, just sayin'...

I'm like you, but it was actually Alex who shared first. I think he's just a friendly guy. And from there it almost feels a bit rude not exchange pleasantries. LOL? Strange, I know.

Thanks for the recent updates guys. Someone had to throw some water on the fire that was quickly getting big in only a few hours.

I think it can be assumed that most vendors do not work on the weekends as they are just normal people when it comes down to it. They may do some stuff but I wouldn't expect any email activity until maybe Sunday night.

Please, lets not get the fire going again because you aren't hearing from him over the weekend.

At least in my experience, A is responsive to email on weekends, but his business is not necessarily "active".  He said he's actually looking into hiring a weekend shipper, but that it's just in the idea stage at this point. 

The guys honesty and transparency in communication is why I like him so much, and why I'm "rooting" for him in a way.  Unfortunately, his stock just isn't what I need right now so I've had to use other sources.

oh im not stressen...nor did i order anything in the past week...im not sweating it....your not telling me anything i dont know....just a newb here

 
Just to report back, product received yesterday, with some worries as it was white w ate three five vikings and there has been so much variability, and they were very good.
