Someone, if you get him, convince him to go to ER stat. Tachycardia could be a compensatory reaction to extremely low BP. He may be about to go out. There is no telling, but we are all connected here.

You have to use your own judgment. Obviously error on the side of caution. But the probability that you've taken something life threatening is low. We've all received meds that were bunk or had negative side effects, but I've not seen soneone need to be hospitalized. And we all follow this market pretty closely. So hang in there, take a deep breath, and don't panic. But you know your body best, so if you feel that something is really wrong, call 911.
