I know that this whole situation sucks. Believe me, it sucks for him too. And although I didn't have an order outsanding during the mess, this has greatly delayed (and added uncertainty) to an order I'd like to make, so I'm not totally unaffected. /default_smile.png

Contrary to popular belief, I honestly don't know Alex much better than the rest of you, but I do feel confident saying that Alex is doing everything he can. That may not mean that you won't experience additional delays or hiccups, but he's not sitting on his ass totally unengaged. He's working diligently to clear the backlog, address everyone's concerns, accept new orders (where he can), make sure he has enough stock, make sure that his stock is of good quality, and most importantly, make sure that everyone (including himself and his people) are safe. Don't take lack of responsiveness as a sign that he isn't working on your order. He is.

I recv'd purpl percolators- same as last time in type and quality.

Some wats0n ate-5-trees- can't say in quality yet and finally pharmacy grade mdone. Exact same as what my script pills look like, excellent quality.

Also, what Mr. C said above about A is true. Lack of responsiveness is usually a sign that he is working on getting things together. Plus he does have a family and needs to attend to them too. He is one of a few out there that actually does follow through consistently, sometimes it just isn't possible to get it done as quickly as everyone wants/needs.

 
Received mine, day late. No need to nag him, he kept me up to date and even offered refund. Purple makes me happy as mentioned above.

Odd. I don't want to go into details but, he used a delivery name I use with different vendor, not the name I gave him. This was my 1st with him A

A is also going to replace the first order that was RTS cuz he's awesome. I asked that he wait and send next week. Will report on that once received.

I also expressed how grateful WE are that he's worked so hard to make this right with his customers.

 
I order on 3/16 before the cut off and havent received. I got an emial saying it was going to be sent out today, but I don't know because I got the same email the day before.

stilll getting a little antsy that people who ordered after the debacle are receiving their orders already and I'm still waiting on mine placed well before theirs, not to sound snooty, just in a time crunch. but A has assured me for the last 2 days that my order was going out for the last 2 days, so hopefully tomorrow morning it'll be here. Heading back up to school after SB very soon and it would be disastrous if it arrived after, trying to be super patient though. Anyone else waiting on reships from the security held packages from last week?

If people who ordered after you are receiving before you, it could be do to stock issues (i.e., he's trying to get the product you ordered). Either that or it's the way people are putting their date. Sometimes I will put in an order for something, but he's out of stock or something, then he gets it and I send the $. I usually put the day I sent my $ as the order date, but in reality I got in line several days before. He's really not one to play favorites. As to shipping, you might shoot him a note and let him know the drop dead date for that address, and in the event that it gets shipped there after you've left, you can reroute it online.

will definitely ask for status/tn in a few hours and try to get more definite reply other than that ys it's ready and will be oing out tomorrow for 2 consecutive days now, a little frustrating when someone who ordered monday already got theres, but as I say, I have faith in A. I'm SOL if it doesn't snow tomorrow AM/afternoon tho

I believe in these special of circumstances with this hiccup, the info being discussed is pertinent to the current situation and is thus relevant. Many customers/members are in limbo and we are trying to relay info we have to help everyone out. This is a special circumstance with the security/rts situation.

Actually, given the special circumstances and the fact that Alex himself requested that people not mass post about the situation, I think comments as such should be taken to pm..info can go thru pm just as easily on the forum. Id be quick to follow the advice of vip members considering their experiences with all of this. Jmo

@Charles Forester that is the most frustrating thing ever. I still have $200 stuck out there due to this exact same problem.

Yeah, go ahead and send him a note just to be sure. That's reasonable.

Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety,etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.

Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
