I must say, Alex worked really hard on this one and gave pretty detailed explanations of what was going on and where the troubles were. He even went to the extra work and expense of sending a partial out Sat, only to have Big B screw up delivery by sending my package to the wrong town. As a result, I received it the same day as the other package anyway. I still have faith in this vendor.

Dr.Ann's inteoductory post....My Name is Ann as my Username kind of give's that away but a bit about Myself I am Family Practice DO with Sub specialty's In Internal medicine/Anesthesia in the Uk. I love helping out people with medical question's that have to do with pharmaceuticals and the treatments that come with them and Also I have a ton of interest in drug interactions and effects of the body. Dr.Ann........SY vendors do not ship to the UK.  Your introductory post says you are located in the UK, yet you have posted receipt of several SY orders, including an overnight receipt.  You are either lying about your loction or lying about receiving SY orders.  Which is it? Are you lying about your profession as well?  I find it very hard to believe that someone so educated would have such poor grammar, spelling and punctuation.  If you want to remain a member.....come clean.

Contacted Alex on 6/8. Made payment 6/8 very late.

emailed on 6/9 it was shipped and would send TN#.

Woke up today 6/10 and had TN #.  The delivery was made at 10:20

Everything smooth except late getting TN# out.

Study Aids, adders, and zanies. All A+++++. 

 
A came through perfectly. Ordered yesterday 6/10 and received today 6/11. Opie 4tees as he was out of rock climbing gear and I chose not to wait. Not my or most folks fav but doesn't make much difference to me. Need something that lasts awhile anyways. Painting the inside of this house, scaffolding and all, is killing me.

- 6/10 -- Received Shipping Notice from Carrier.

- 6/11 -- Order Received

**NOTE:  (1) of the PeeK items was missing from order (expensive item). I emailed A to find out what happened. He said he ran out of stock and would ship when available. I haven't received it yet but not worried. I will update when I do. Aside from that, good communication with A and the quality of the Ritz are good as always.

Chrissy, Alex doesn't rush as much as he used to (IMHO). Knowing that or assuming I asked Alex very early before 6AM his time

Wed morning about order ordering my usual rits and benzies. No PK's. I want to try purple someday but he's out. He got right back

and sent payment by 9 AM his time. Got TN# late Wed night and package came Thur. Only hang up was first time sent air saver.

Instead of 10AM, delivery came 7PM. Other than that surprise everything was excellent.

Order placed 6/15 Funds pu 1/2  hr before cutoff 

Auto tn received late afternoon 6/15

Wrote a said I got the tn from brown so no need to send. He sent it anyway on 6/16 

Product received 6/17 10 am est 

Even though I initiated contact with him a couple months ago this was order number 1 , so  it was a sampler 

Generic rits -what they are supposed to be ,grade A 

Dones -different brand than what I'm used to so for me,  grade B,  not as effective 

Roche vals and pins,  on point, grade A 

Customer service, communication,  grade A.

As I mentioned, I   initiated contact with a months ago but he was out of stock at that time for what I wanted. .followed up a month later and he had but for more  ,than what I normally pay. Told him thanks for the info,  but sticking with current vendor for now. He was polite and said just contact him whenever. 

After this order I reviewed the transaction and realized I made a math error in his favor,  pointed this out to him. He honored the discount on order number 2 which is due tomorrow. I only mention it cause brown sent me a big tease notice on Saturday saying it had been updated to arrive today. I was like hell yeah and rode the rits train out beyond into the atmosphere.  But it didn't show,  not A's problem,  just brown teasing  me :'(.

With these numbers we can see the problem with banning 7oh
