I took the risk and made a small order even after all the trouble here. Will report back here if it goes smoothly, or if it doesn’t.
 
at least they made an effort - lots of 'vendors' just send out samples n then run off with the first big order. seems like the admins are catching on to some of the common scammer similiarities.
 
I have reached out to the vendor and given ARC an ultimatum. (a week to be exact because time is running out for this one)
Let's see next week.

AGAIN PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACING NEW ORDERS FOR NOW.

I paid for the order at 3am. It is in the bitcoin address arc gave me. It’s still early so we will see how it goes, I don’t expect anything to happen instantly this early in the morning.
 
Well, still no email or confirmation of payment (even though I know they got it and withdrew it because I watched it happen on bitchain) or tn.

Normally I’d say not responding this soon after doesn’t mean anything since some vendors take days to do anything but due to the current circumstances I don’t think it looks good.

I guess I’ll give it a few days and see what happens. Not getting my hopes up but maybe they will come through. Kinda dumb to burn this bridge over a handful of orders.

Will report back if I get any sort of update from them.

Making an effort and coming up short is something much different than this.
You don't get credit now for doing good in the past if what you're actively doing is screwing those same people over that helped you build.
Plain and simple.
Failing while building something happens every day. That's OK. This is not OK.
 
Still no email. I’m guessing dude just ran out of whatever he had and said fuck it. If he was having supply issues due to the China shit he could just say that and buy more time.
 
Update, still no landing today, and still no response to emails, 39 days later. It's quite obvious what's happening here. Please don't order from this scammer.

I was hesitant to say this because I was hoping they’d come through. I followed their transfers through different wallets using blockchain. Mine ended up in one with 20k in it. The transfers before me went to a wallet with 40ish transactions (guessing everyone here who bought stuff) then to a dummy empty wallet eventually ending up in a wallet with 6k in it.

My point is this guy could easily refund the few hundred he owes the people complaining on here. Definitely an exit scam and a poor one at that.

No, completely ignored my request for a refund twice.

They said that they did refund me, which they did not. I never gave them my xmr address and I will absolutely refuse to give any personal information to them at this point. their opsec is non existent and they refused to use privnote or any other kind of encryption.

They barely know how to vend properly and instead of solving issues they get hostile then ignore you.

I'm sure they've changed names, rebranded, and are scamming others by this point.
