Antihistamines for sleeping otc

MY Sister swears by them, generic dithenhydramine I think they are called, its the ingredients in nytol 

 
First generation antihistamines have been shown to lead to alzheimers when used regularly as a sleep med. It also backs the benefit of a decent chance of next day grogginess. I used to use d0xyl@mine (OTC 1st gen) for sleep but stopped after building a significant tolerance. G@b@pentn also has adverse side effects in gabaergic neuroplasticity (leads to more anxiety/sleep problems). The z-∂rµgs are superior in KO ability. Sonata in particular produces no negative cog side effects in short or long term bc of its very short halflife, but it can only put you out not keep you out. All other z-∂rµgs apart from Sonata decrease sleep quality. With Sonata make sure you take it knowing youll be in bed in under 10 min.
