Hmmmm....... Interesting thread. Makes me wonder about many different things, in hindsight.

Just maybe, the "milking, scamming, and lying" started far earlier than the well-known BIG one.

Drift caught, perhaps you stumbled onto something there slammer. I certainly would not be surprised if you wre correct as if I remember correctly, the two events DO seem to have happened at about the same time.
