if you can find it through any vendor, its like hydrocortisone cream on anabolic steroids. It's crazy. I would get these water blisters in between the wedding of my fingers from latex gloves while I was working. They would eventually start to get super raw, but would start similar to the way yours look. It helped for that as well. But, often times, we used it instead of topical benadryl cream on my netopical benadryl cream on my neRvous rashes, as I called them. it's amazing.
