Any Problems Using Safemail W/thunderbird?

I was trying to add a new safemail account to Thunderbird when my antivirus warned me the certificates were for a different site. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. The A/V I use is Avast, which monitors mail clients, among other things, and it just seemed odd to me. The account was found and all, it's just puzzled me. Normally certificates are out of date but this one says it's for another site. 

This is the first time I've tried to add a safemail account and I'd just like to know if anyone else had problems using safemail with Thunderbird.

I hear ya, most people seem to prefer MSSE but I've been listening to that cute female robot telling me it has updated so long I've grown to like it. 

The site looks real but I'm not familiar with it, having just opened an account myself. I don't dabble in too much that is high on the LE totem pole, so haven't really felt the need until recently. It's also why I installed T-bird, since I have several mail accounts now it was supposed to make life easier. 

I wouldn't know if a site was real or a spoof so do me a solid, if you don't mind, and check it yourself. It looks like the real thing to someone who never saw it before, maybe some of my more experienced friends can tell a difference.

I have to rely on programs that block known bad sites, although these are mostly bad about malware, to help keep me on the straight and narrow.

The link you have provided to "The site" is the real thing. enjoy it, but try to learn a little about the features too. Such as, I send you a link, you try to open it by clicking the button that says "show html message" nothing happens. You kinda have to fuck with the controls, but, yes, verified, real

Hey.  Hope all is well.  We all know NOTHING is 100% but I've had no issues with safe mail and concur site HT links to is correct.  I agree Hooter, you have to f with it to get it to work how you want and it's about as secure as anything else out there..... emphasis "about as".  Happy 4th of July eve ya'll.  Peace and a shit load of fireworks tomorrow night.  S-
