Anybody Here, Single And In Their 30's?

Btw wtf runs 30 miles? Does he not have a car or what? I drive 24 miles to work and it takes 30 min. Wish I lived in Ga, I like the genuine southern hospitality. Midwest/ great lakes area here. Any ladies 18-70 near me? /default_wink.png 32 here

SERIOUSLY!!! And good point - why would someone run a marathon + on a random Saturday. Now that you got me thinking about it, I know runners who will do 30/40/50 miles a week - and they're waifs. This man was 6+ feet and a solid 200lbs. That's no runner!

I love the Midwest! I went to graduate school there!

I think he is full of it Bloom. No offense to anybody (well if anybody is butt hurt too bad) but marathon runners weigh around 120lbs lol not 200. I am glad your dog has a great sense of judgement. Mine does too!! At least you got out of the situation without having to deal with the jerk. I am a normal pretty cool(so people say) but if it was my first time meeting up with a lady I would like to chat, flirt & get to know her. And if anything else happened sweet!! It has happened before and I wasn't even expecting to get laid lol. Going in with no expectations is the best imo.

Omg Cat. I lived in Chi for 3 months. By FAR the best 3 months of my life. I believe it was 2010 the super hot summer when it was 105 degrees and the warped tour was in town. It was crazy hot and the clubs were banging that weekend. I am an old school raver/ edm enthusiast (edm=electronic dance music). And who doesn't love some good ol Chicago house music!! I met some of the brightest, most intelligent, caring people in the Windy City. My heart will always have a special place in it for the people and the memories made there!! I might be going back to bring 2015 in the right way. 3.5hr trip on 80/90!!

Although, you are brave to go out on NYE here! I stay home.....lol!

Guinness - my old Lab....he has bad breath but good judgment!

I'm beginning to wonder if there are any normal/cool guys on Match. Profiles and pictures are so incongruous it puzzles me. Well, I hope you're lucky in love in your Midwestern state - sans online dating. Chicago is definitely the best Midwestern city in the USA! Shout to CAT!!!

BTW - I totally think the no expectation rule is good advice!

Good luck to you also! Haha bad breath but good judgement lol!! I saw you mentioned your dog is older with hip issues. Something good to try that will in no way hurt him...buy organic flax seed from the store (wal mart, any store). It is sold in a box with packs of it inside. Mix in some (the amount is up to you, google it if you want) of his wet food. It helps boost energy and overall wellness. I am not a vet but it could help him feel better overall. It's not a cure for pain but it is a very healthy additive for dogs. I have been using it for a long time with Peanut my Dachshund. Everybody comments on how nice his coat looks (not the one I put on him) :)

I have Flax seed packets - I add them to my smoothies. Totally know what you're talking about! I'll add some to Guinness' breakfast tomorrow. His fur is looking a bit mangy - despite brushing him daily. Thanks for the tip!!!

Interesting story, Bloom. Now I know what to tell my family and their acquaintances when they complain about me hogging the couch on Christmas Eve: "Big balls here, folks, I must sit this way. Here let me explain this in terms you guys will understand: Atlas was shrugged by just one of these things, I got two dammit!" Then I'll blame the outburst on the liquor and beers later in the evening because they know I only do drugs like that on the Holidays and just got a little out of control. It happens to us lightweights, right? Yeah! Dignity maintained and I got the couch. Win-win.

You do drugs in front of your family? OMG! I would be banished to a psych ward if I ever drank more than a couple polite glasses of red wine - or maybe the occasional "before dinner" spirit - like flavored vodka on the rocks. But I'm the youngest of six children and have four older brothers - so maybe they're all a bit wired to overprotect.

Anyway! Glad I could help you hog the couch this Christmas season!! "Big balls here, folks!" Still laughing out loud!!!!

I'm sure your family would be absolutely thrilled to hear about the status of my balls, at least moreso than my own. They never like hearing me talk about the specifics of the bullets for my concealed carry pump action shotty.

I wish to hell I could bring any of you with me to my in-laws! I have to be heavily medicated to grin and nod while my moronic FIL carries on.

If Deperson said anything about balls, he would repeat it all night long. That is the level of maturity I have to endure.

He once saw someone's screen name was "Big Hungry Bottom" and I swear he repeated it 20 times that night.

If anyone did come with me, they would hate me forever.

The only good thing about our visits is how elated I feel as we're driving away.

I'd be flattered if someone were to talk about my balls all night long. I might be biased however.

Feel free to mention them in my stead. Sadly, I imagine my balls won't live up to the mythic proportions that 20 embellished retellings would lead one to believe I actually have. I'll henceforth call them William and Wallace.

Gret advice here! Also, omega threes squirted onto his food. There is a medication called "cosequin" that you can get pretty inexpensive,y, from pet meds. it is similar to glucosamine although slightly "buffered" for doggie tummies. It is an excellent supplement for dogs with dysplasia or any other joint problems. Your vet can prscribe it too, and always k your vet prior to starting new supplements/meds anyway. Ias always,

Well Bloom...you never know...but celebrate and embrace everyday like it is the last. That goes for everything!! As humans we tend to take things for granted, and leave ourselves with if's, and's and but's (lol butts). I have done it and am sure most people have. I found out if I live everyday like it will be my last I am leaving nothing on the table. I know a lil off topic. I used to get upset when Peanut (my dachshund ) would misbehave. I now take a different approach and pretty much laugh it off. He is 4, and I had to work a 12hr day yesterday. I have somebody to let him out, but before I got home he peed on the side of the couch(which is very rare). We were playing and I noticed it. I called him over to me and he slowly came over (with his little ears back because he knew I found it) and I showed it to him and said "potyy outside). I took him out and when he came in we continued to play. I guess the moral is that instead of yelling at him I just told him that it was bad and to do it outside. All because everyday could be our last day, and you never know what tomorrow will bring (positive or negative).

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.

After a couple of weeks and finally getting several documents in order I was able to get a state ID. It had been expired previously for a little too long and they wanted all kinds of proof. It was a mess. But nah I looked up what to look for an my state's ID to see if it is a Real Id or not and my card as the symbol it is supposed to have. I'll take a closer look though

  20. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: Actually it says "Not For Real ID Purposes". That is my 2022 renewal of my 2018 picture ID. I am not due till 2026 and I am sure they will make me go in since my pic would be 8 years old - they used to make you go in in my state for aging when I was younger, then went paper - then back to picture ( I think 9/11 to blame for that ) but relaxed it.
