Anyone Else Here Have To Take At Least 2Mg Of Z@nie To Work For You?

Yes your not alone! Anxiety sucks and doctors tell you to take deep breaths. When you need that release on anxious anxiety you have to have some meds. For me that's the case. Pain flairs always makes my anxiety worse!

 
on my off days from work i try to take 1mg or less, on the days i go to work i take 2mg, bad thing was a few years ago when i first started x@n@x i was taking upto 8mg a day it got bad in the beginning but i took control over my dose after that 1st year on them !

 
I do.. hell I've been prescribed 5-6mg/day for over a decade.. I don't take more, when I was a kid touring I did.. but when I actually needed em, it's scarier to think of having a few days w/  full blown panic attacks, and that's kept me from not taking more than I feel I need.. never more than I should.. same w pk's.. I look back and think "I coulda made $1K/mo and still been fine w/ my meds for about 7-8yrs" SO glad I never did.. cuz had I, I wouldn't be where I am now. And I'd never wanna put a healthy person in a place they need not endure. Not even if I really disliked them.. the $ would be nice to have but I wouldn't be able to live w/ myself.. soo many used to call, text, even just stop wanting me to off meds to em, anything.. I don't see too many people in my area anymore due to this,, and that's ok, I'd rather have the real friends than the takers til you bleed types in my life.. currently cuttin back alps for a bit no one wants br0m@'s so I'm usin those

 
I eat 1mgs all day and if I can, i try to save the >2mg doses for after supper. I could take 6mgs in a day one at a time, but as soon as I eat two, I'm ready for a nap. At night, there's usually more going on so I stay awake. But the only time I can really sit back, take a deep breath, and let go is to take 2 or more. 

 
I can get by on 2mgs but can also take up to 10. Am rxd 4 mgs daily..doc took me down to 3 1/2  a day and then back up. I save my extras to help with my finances. ;-) I have been on them for over 13 yrs so never think its safe to do as I do. Or when my adrenaline kickS them out and I have to start from the get again..I Indulge like that maybe once a month. .primarily because its expensive and I would rather not die from benzo withdrawal seizures.

Haven't been able to get them in a while, but when I did I would only take I believe .5 mg and it would sometimes give me a little buzz.  Probably because I would take them infrequently for social anxiety. That half mg would last quite a while (maybe 6 hours) and work very well for relieving my stress/anxiety. 2mg would have me falling over I think.

I told “Jacob” I’d be making a board of pharmacy complaint and he could explain why in my individual case he refused to fill a valid prescription. His store policy can either fill nobody’s and violate contracts with health/drug insurance plans or fill everyone who presents with no clinical suspicion of harm or diversion on an individual basis.
