It occurred to me that I have a wealth of knowledge built up in my head around different substances and the nuances, strengths, weaknesses, etc. of each.

We also have a bunch of obscure knowledge of cybersecurity, shipping/logistics, and we have our ears to the ground at all times when it comes to things like major shifts in the dr*g supply chain, emergence of new RCs and analogues, etc.

For example, I've been closely tracking SR for investment opportunities. I wonder which company will ultimately end up taking it on, if ever.

Any anecdotes from anyone?

They need to make an "mgm17" that has weaker or no nM values at DOR [delta opioid receptor]
And if they can tweak something to make the binding affinity at μ less strong . Thats the problem with mgm15. It has too long a half life and too strong a binding affinity for a partial agonist. Daily use leads to a person getting minimal analgesic effects, little to no pain relief yet un able to redose bc the binding affinity is too strong for more mgm or any other opiates to get to the receptors, and the half life too long so your stuck there waiting for mgm to leave the receptors so new opiates can get in.
And the wd from delta will lead a person to actually insanity, severe depression and extreme anxiety. DOR should really not be messed with at all.
Mgm15 is not a good daily driver.
Summary:
•tweak it to make it have no delta activity
•weaker binding affinity
•shorter halflife
•higher potency at mu but maintaining partial agonist properties

There is an absolute ton of dudes on TikTok who know steroids and “coach” people by telling them how to run cycles and source gear. You pretty much have to be in good shape for this to be feasible, but some of these guys can make a fair amount of money. That’s pretty much the closest thing I can think of.

On the other note, it is a substantial backup though one could turn to with minimal interference. Now that is going to change as well. So I am very undecided on this topic. After more contemplation of a "holy grail" type indole alkoloid. "Mgm17" could maintain the high binding affinity at mu but shorten the halflife in so that you could get effective redosing at around 10-12 hours. So that your previous dose is fully wore off and your new dose give a 0 to 100 effect. Again, ditch the dor activity, increase analgesic properties at mu ,and maintain partial agonism all around so you don't get respiratory depression.
This is all hypothetical, just thinking.
Also yes many will experience great suffering when the get their medicine stripped from them. However some vendors already have new mitragynine alkoloid analogues ready to take the place of 7/mgm , 7-acetoxy-mitragynine might take awhile to reach brick and mortar shops but it will be available soon within the online vendor spaces. A slightly longer halflife than 7oh , and supposedly slightly more euphoric. Note this is all grapevine talk, but we all know when one Chen gets banned more pop up and take its place.
