Anyone on here for endurance?

Looking for other likeminded athletes who are interested in discussing programs for increasing performance... not sure if this is the best place to do but would be interested to go into a number of things including what special forces do to increase performance. 

 
Hey @Folyhucker69 although I’m not an endurance athlete I’ve trained alot of  athletes  who are. My father was ex military SAS so I’m familiar with their techniques.
