I saw the name on Discord or Reddit about a year ago, right around the time I joined the forum, but he used Wickr instead of proton. 

He was domestic and did some really clever stealth, but he only had a limited supply of a couple analogs on blotter. He sold out in a few days, then disappeared. 

Probably just different people using the same name.
