APAP and My Liver

Just from just reading, I think it would be good to take both, they address 2 different things.   NAC is to detoxify & Milk Thistle regenerates damaged liver tissue.

One thing I did read about the NAC was if you do take NAC be sure you have a source of copper or you will get yeast overgrowth (the cysteine chelates out copper and the copper suppresses yeast, so I'll have to read more about that.

Where do you get a copper source? Is that another supplement?  Oh, & I think it also says Sam-E is good for the liver.

I take both,  milk thistle and NAC, usually daily and have for years; I'm hoping is saving my ailing liver. I suggest Jarrow &/or Schiff. But you can find so many good sources online. But dont go for cheap; not worth it when it comes to your liver. You get what u pay for.
