Are packages from some countries more likely to be seized by customs?

The only package I ever lost came from India & I've heard elsewhere that Indian packages have a high seizure rate. I'm just curious if people have lost packages coming from other countries and which countries.

 
Yes, Thailand,  Bolivia, Pakistan, Colombia, Netherlands, etc. are all high risk countries. India is not do bad. CBP aren't retarded, they know the hotspots.
