If you order from the approved vendor list, please remember the following:

1. If they are approved and you've done your site reading, your stuff will come. 

2. Having a freak out word vomit session in a post will NOT do you any good. 

3. Special care is taken in order to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely. Let's not forget what you are ordering. If it takes a little more time, it's worth it to make sure there are no issues in transit. 

4. If there is a true problem (and you've patiently tried to get it resolved with the vendor without success) contact an admin or mod privately.

5. All of us, even suppliers, have lives too. Everyone sleeps, eats, shits and has responsibilities outside of just you and your order. There are more time zones than just yours and more holidays than just ones your country celebrates, etc...try to remember that. If you are in the US and contact someone at 7pm EST in the U.K. - THEY'RE PROBABLY SLEEPING. 

And finally...relax, help each other, be patient, be kind and try to remember what we are doing here. I know for me...I have 3 kids. I listen to them whine and watch them act up enough. I'm sure most will agree with me when I say that I don't want to come on here to experience the same thing.  Let's all just be adults and respect one another. Life's short. Just sayin...  :784_peace:

All the vendors you can see outwith the blacklist are trusted and reliable. You should read and research a while, it will answer some of the questions you may have and help you navigate the site. Happy reading and welcome !☺

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: yeah but isn't the password restricted to sponsors anyway? why not just make that section private like the other ones? or is "brand new members" inclusive of sponsored accounts that are newly registered?

A @ Aarfgh: @Steviejay88 so as not to stir any pots, I'm not an expert on this particular forum software however I know natively it doesn't. that doesn't mean a plug-in wasn't used of some sort, if it's even possible. check out the dev console in your browser and poke around now you've got me curious
