I placed an order and received subscription within 6 days. Not sure what states you guys are in, but 4/4 times I've gotten my magazines within a week, no complaints there. Initial interaction for placing order was prompt and responsive, didn't try to talk afterwards because I already know it takes a bit longer than other companies around.
However, I placed an order for one magazine and received an entirely different magazine. This is the first time I've ever had any issue such as this, and I don't know how to proceed. I've informed Art via email and was asked for clarification images, which I have provided, twice (was asked again after sending them). I am not particularly upset, as I got lucky enough to receive a subscription to a magazine I quite love to read, and, appears to be the same (if not more) pages. However, it is not even in the ballpark of similar to my intended subscription.
Wasn't sure if I should post this until things were sorted, but it's been 3 days now since the wrong order was received and so far no progress on a fix. Just thought I'd do my part and allow others to do their due diligence.
That being said, I still have no reason to not put my trust in Art....
Though, I'd definitely feel differently had I not received anything at all, (or something I hated, etc).
Guess I'll keep you guys posted on how this progresses if anyone would like.
