I’ll start off by saying I went undiagnosed for a long time and was just using alcohol or wutever I could do to mask it...had a horrible doctor who put me on a bunch of antiphyschoticsand antidepresssent consistently lowering my anxiety meds which were all that helped...I was planning on suicide back then..then I ran across this site and found a better doctor...god bless you all help is out there and this site is full of people just like us who need HELP not meds that induce suicide the American mental health system is a joke...I’m even worried about my own kids but at least I know the warn8ngsigns of depression and anxiety early on...great to be back..peace,happiness and love to all happy holidays

 
Do you mind if I ask what you were diagnosed as? I am glad you got help, I suffer from a mood disorder myself and have had difficulties talkin with doctors and getting assistance from them.  Thank you for posting, and I understand if you don’t feel comfortable elaborating. Don’t feel pressured, I ask only because it will help me and perhaps others.
