This is great like minded people with tons of sound advice. And I think i'm finally getting the hang of this.

 
 I'm new so don't , panic if this is not where you introduce yourself , anyway I'm a electronic tech/owner of my own business and have a bad back , I get a few goodies but there starting not to worki as well , I've always maintained my meds , where is the best sites

 
Your best bet for PKs is to make A donation and look around read everything you can on this site all the info is there I felt the same a few weeks ago

Donations are a good way to show your support for the operations of the forum and you'll get access to more content that you are inquiring about.
